Functional Musculoskeletal Anatomy: Spine and Pelvis

Krista Loveless found Pilates through injury. When she started taking classes with Kelly Kane in New York she realized that by understanding the vessel she lives within she could heal it on her own. This empowering experience is something she is passionate about sharing with all of her students. This course will get you out of Grey's Anatomy and into your own physical form. Anatomy can be overwhelming and confusing but Krista's approach helps the information become digestible and more importantly, applicable to your everyday life. Whether you want to be a teacher or you want to simply understand how to use this tool you live in. Sign up and geek out for this informative 4-hour workshop.

The Spine and Pelvis Functional Anatomy Workshops is excellent for students or movement teachers working with disc injuries, pelvic and hip restriction, or pelvis floor and the core confusion. The less palpable area of our core can be mighty powerful with how we snese the world and pain but difficult to grasp physically and cognitively. This is also a prerequisite for the Cascadia Comprehensive Teacher Training Program. Call Cascadia at 503-802-7373 if you have any other questions.
